ITIC is a real-time interactive tool that allows you to enter your locate requests live with the Call Center. This service is available to professional excavators working in OREGON, WASHINGTON, MONTANA and HAWAII.

Q. What exactly is ITIC?

A. ITIC, short for "Internet Ticket", is a cutting edge software application that allows you to request locates via the internet any time of the day or week.

It will allow you to:

File a locate request anywhere and any time you have an internet connection.

Submit, view, update and print your tickets any time of the day or week.


This is a FREE service, and is easy to learn!!

Every employee is eligible to register and enter locate requests online. If you are interested in ITIC, and would like to register. . .

IT'S AS EASY AS 1 - 2 - 3 . . .

1. Request Registration - Click on the state you're working in, enter your email address, phone number with area code, agree to the terms and conditions and then click REGISTER.

2. Registration Confirmation - This will automatically go to the email address you entered. Please read and respond with the information being requested.

3. Registration Complete - Once we have received and completed your registration information, we will send an email containing your User Manual. Please read thoroughly and start entering your requests online.
