Summer Ticket Madness Contest Rules

1. Any excavator over the age of 18 who uses One Call Concepts, Inc.’s (“OCC”) internet based one-call ticketing platform, ITIC, to submit locate requests, is eligible, with the exception of employees of OCC and their families.

2. The “contest period” will run from April 2008 through August 2008.

3. All mapped and unmapped ITIC tickets (including new and update tickets) that meet OCC quality standards will be considered “eligible tickets”.  Voided tickets or tickets that have been otherwise rejected for any reason will not be entered into the drawing.  Quality standards are described in greater detail in the training materials provided to each user prior to being permitted to enter ITIC tickets.  

4. At the end of every month during the “contest period”, each “eligible ticket” will be entered into a drawing for the state in which the “eligible ticket” was filed.  A separate drawing will take place in each of the states OCC serves (for a list of the states OCC serves, please visit www.occinc.com. One winner will be chosen from each state OCC serves for each month in the contest period (“monthly winner”).  

5. Each “monthly winner” will receive a $250 cash prize and a single entry into the grand prize drawing.

6. Each “monthly winner” will no longer be eligible to win subsequent monthly prizes during the contest period. Different “monthly winners” may be selected from the same company in other months during the “contest period”.  Each “monthly winner” will be entered individually into the drawing for the grand prize.

7. One entry will be selected to receive the grand prize from the entire group of “monthly winners”.  The grand prize winner is currently scheduled to be drawn at OCC's Technology Committee meeting, tentatively planned to take place sometime in Fall 2008.

8. The grand prize winner will receive a $4,000 travel voucher and with $1,000 spending money.

9. In the event a winner is employed by a governmental body or other entity having rules prohibiting their acceptance of the prize(s), OCC, in its sole discretion will either (a) allow the winner to direct their prize be contributed to a charity of their choice; or, (b) choose another winner.

10. All winners consent to allow their name and/or likeness to be used by OCC at no charge.

11. Offer void where prohibited.

12. Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

13. Failure to comply with and accept all of the preceding rules will disqualify any entry.

14. All drawing results, except where specifically noted in these rules, will be final.

15. Winners must be valid trained and registered users.
